Blanc de l’any
Our Blanc de l’any is elaborated just with the Moscat variety. It is made from the most flower obtained after a mild pressing.
For the fermentation at a controlled temperature between 17 and 19ºC, we use stainless steel tanks were duly refrigerated, thus seeking to enhance the primary aromas of the varieties.
It is a wine of a pale shiny color, with a fresh and fruity taste, moderate, broad and persistent acidity in the mouth. With intense aroma with predominantly citrus and floral notes that faithfully define the variety Moscat.
Excellent appetizer and as an accompaniment to fish, seafood, smoked rice, etc. We recommend serving it at a temperature between 4º and 6º. 12.5% Vol.
