Production

Crafted from Tempranillo and Syrah, the wine undergoes fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks (24–28°C) to achieve good structure. Regular pump-overs are performed during fermentation to enhance the extraction of color and tannins. It is aged for three months in French oak barrels, imparting subtle notes of vanilla, spice, and toast while preserving its fruit-forward character. Before release, it rests in the bottle to refine its aromas and integrate the flavors.

Tasting Notes

Appearance

Intense cherry red color with violet reflections, bright and clean. It presents a medium-high layer and a dense tear, which anticipates volume and a certain unctuousness in the mouth.

Nose

Aromatically medium-high, with ripe red fruit (cherry, plum) and black fruit (blackberry, blueberry). There are subtle hints of chocolate, toast and vanilla from its aging in French oak.

Palate

Smooth, fruit-driven entry, with balanced acidity that adds freshness. Medium body, tannins present but friendly and an excellent balance between fruit, spices and toasted notes. Harmonious and persistent finish.
