Information prior to the contractual process

This website WWW.BODEGASBELLOD.COM is property of BODEGAS BELLOD SL with NIF B08716300 and fiscal address at AV. MARE DE DEU DE MONTSERRAT, 6, 08970 SANT JOAN DESPI (BARCELONA).

The General Contracting Conditions regulate the distance selling relationship between BODEGAS BELLOD SL and the user or client, in accordance with the legal stipulations in force, especially in matters of consumer protection, personal data protection (RGPD and LOPDGDD), retail trade and information society services (LSSI-CE).

BODEGAS BELLOD SL reserves the right to make the modifications it deems appropriate, without prior notice, to the General Conditions. However, Special Conditions may be applied in preference to these when deemed appropriate. Users shall be subject to the Conditions in force at the time of each contracting.

  • Object of the web: The sale of wines and alcoholic beverages.

  • Duration of the contract: Linked to the delivery of the product, without prejudice to the right of withdrawal.

  • User requirements: The customer declares to be of legal age, or emancipated minor, with the necessary legal capacity for contracting.

Purchase and registration process

To purchase products, you must go to the online store section. You can register as a user, and your data will be incorporated into the processing system of BODEGAS BELLOD SL to manage the purchase and derived actions.

In accordance with data protection regulations, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, limitation, suppression, portability and opposition by sending your request to the fiscal address or email contabilidad@bodegasbellod.com.

Once the process is completed, the customer will receive a confirmation by email. It is essential to indicate a valid email address. If you do not receive the confirmation within 24 hours, please contact 933731151 or the above mentioned email address.

Billing and content

  • Language: All contents are in Spanish.

  • Invoice: Upon receipt of the product, the customer will receive an invoice or copy of the order. The option of an electronic invoice is offered with prior consent, which can be revoked at any time via email.

Offer and validity

In the case of products on offer, the price and validity of the same shall be indicated together with their characteristics. BODEGAS BELLOD SL reserves the right to withdraw, replace or change the products offered without prior notice.

Essential characteristics of the products

The products incorporate a photograph and the essential characteristics obtained from the manufacturer. These characteristics identify, among other things, the colors available.

Guarantees

BODEGAS BELLOD SL shall be liable for any lack of conformity during a period of three years from delivery.

  • Presumption of defect: According to the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, defects that appear during the first 2 years are understood to be of origin, unless misuse is proven.

  • After-sales service: The customer can go to the physical store, contact the mail contabilidad@bodegasbellod.com or call 933731151.

  • Perishable products: If you receive products in poor condition or expired, please contact us immediately by e-mail. It is essential to follow the instructions on the package and keep the proof of purchase.

All products are listed in euros and include Value Added Tax (VAT). If any other tax is applicable, it will be indicated (IGIC or IPSI).

Delivery and transportation costs

BODEGAS BELLOD SL will charge for shipping costs:

  • From 5,95 €, depending on the weight of the order.

  • Delivery is made through Correos Correos and Correos Express.

  • Shipping costs will be free on purchases over 98 euros (Peninsula only).

  • BODEGAS BELLOD SL is not responsible for possible customs charges.

Methods of payment

The customer will be able to choose between the following modalities during the purchase process:

  • Credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD): Transactions are carried out in a secure environment using SSL technology. The data is entered directly into the bank's POS; BODEGAS BELLOD SL does not register or enter this data in its servers.

  • PayPal: Allows secure online payments through its own infrastructure.

  • Link: Platform for remote collections through a link sent by email, chat or social networks.

Note on fraud: If an undue or fraudulent charge is detected, the cardholder may demand immediate cancellation. If it is proven that the purchase was made by the cardholder and the return does not comply with the right of withdrawal, the customer must compensate the company for the damages incurred.

Order execution

BODEGAS BELLOD SL undertakes to deliver within 24 to 48 hours, subject to stock availability. In case the product is out of stock, the customer will be contacted to offer it:

  1. Product exchange.

  2. Wait until it is available.

  3. Refund of the money.

Right of withdrawal

The buyer has fourteen calendar days from receipt of the product to cancel the purchase without justification.

  • Deadlines: The customer must return the good within a maximum of 14 days after communicating its decision. The refund will be made within 14 days after receipt of the notification, but may be withheld until actual receipt of the goods or proof of shipment.

  • Liability: The user shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary.

  • Exceptions: According to Art. 103 of Law 3/2014, goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly are exempt from this right.

Return and Refund

  • Costs: The customer will be responsible for the costs of returning the product.

  • Method of payment: Reimbursement will be made using the same method used by the customer for the initial purchase.

Return of defective product

If the product arrives in poor condition for reasons not attributable to the customer, the customer has the right to return it free of charge. BODEGAS BELLOD SL will assume the cost of the return and will replace the product with a new one. This situation is not considered a right of withdrawal, but a warranty for defective product.

Jurisdiction

Likewise, BODEGAS BELLOD SL reserves the right to file any civil or criminal actions it deems appropriate for the improper use of its website and content or for non-compliance with these terms and conditions.
