Production

This special edition of Mas del Nen is made with selected Garnacha Blanca, harvested at its optimum ripening point to enhance its varietal expression. The must ferments in oak barrels at a controlled temperature, a process that provides volume, structure and subtle spicy and toasted nuances. Once fermentation is complete, the wine rests on fine lees and then ages for 1 year in the bottle, which refines its texture and integrates the aromas, resulting in a complex, elegant and profound wine.

Pale golden yellow color, with bright reflections that show its evolution and contact with wood.

Nose

Complex and intense aromas, with notes of ripe white fruit (apple, pear), white flowers, and a background of vanilla, toasted almond and slight hints of brioche from the barrel and bottle aging.

Ample and structured entry, with a creamy texture and a perfect balance between volume and freshness. It presents fine acidity and a long, elegant persistence, with final notes of ripe fruit, sweet spices and a slightly smoky touch.
