Production
Made from Verdejo grapes, soft pressed to obtain a clean grape and preserve as much freshness and primary aromas as possible. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at low temperature (14-16 °C), a process that preserves the aromatic purity and expressiveness of the variety.
