Production
Made from Tempranillo grapes, this wine is produced using flash fermentation technology, a process that raises the temperature of the must before fermentation to intensely extract color and aromas from the skins. The must is then fermented without contact with the skins, which avoids astringency and results in a smoother wine while maintaining a rich aromatic profile and excellent color intensity. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks to preserve the purity of the fruit.
