Production
Made from Garnacha, by means of a short and controlled maceration that allows to obtain its characteristic strawberry color and a delicate floral aroma. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at low temperature (14-16 °C), maintaining the aromatic vivacity and fruity profile typical of young rosé.
