Production
Made from Xarel-lo, Macabeo and Parellada, which contribute freshness, authenticity and a balanced fruity profile. The aging keeps the cava at a point of mature youth, preserving the vivacity without losing harmony. As it is a Brut Nature, no sugar is added after disgorging, which allows for a pure, clean and balanced expression, without excess carbonation or acidity.
Tasting Notes

Appearance
Pale yellow color with greenish reflections, clean and bright. It presents fine bubbles of medium size, with a regular and constant release that forms an attractive and persistent crown, typical of a well elaborated cava.

Nose
Fresh and fruity aromas, with well-integrated citrus and floral notes that reflect its youth. It shows a clean, clear and balanced aromatic expression, without excessive acidity.

Palate
The palate is fresh, pleasant and very balanced, with a smooth texture and well-integrated carbonation. The moderate acidity provides a clean, harmonious and very refreshing sensation, characteristic of the best Brut Nature.
