Production

Muscatel Liqueur Wine is made from high quality Muscat of Alexandria, selected for its intense and naturally sweet aromatic profile. Fermentation is stopped with the addition of wine alcohol, thus preserving part of its natural sugars and enhancing its sweet and seductive character. This process produces a rich, aromatic and balanced liqueur wine, with a personality marked by the variety and a final alcohol content of 15% vol, providing warmth and depth.

Intense and brilliant golden color, with honeyed reflections that denote concentration and natural sweetness.

Nose

Very expressive and enveloping aromas, with notes of orange blossom, honey, ripe fruit (peach, apricot) and sweet citrus touches characteristic of Moscatel.

Palate

Sweet, ample and silky entry, with a slightly unctuous texture. It shows a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity, which avoids saturation and maintains freshness. Long, aromatic and persistent finish, with hints of honey and ripe white fruit.
